Son of a preacher man

Wes Whitesell was the first of my high school crushes. His dad is a minister. We used to bond over music. He sat next to me in typing class with Mrs. Lee. He had a deadly charm about him. I heard that he did some missionary work in Africa after college. I saw him in a music store, years after he returned but I was afraid to talk to him because I felt he was so accomplished. (Wes, I'm sorry that I put your picture up here, but you let me take it. You even signed it for me. I think you're married now, but I just wanted to let you know that certain aspects of your teenage fanclub live on. You don't know what you did to girls like me.)
