When you've been hurt by the church

Also, at my favorite Catholic bookstore was a pamphlet called "When You've Been Hurt By the Church," which basically explains (as I alluded to earlier) that the church is made up of human mortals and is subject to the failings of human mortals.

I am in the process of trying to make friends with a priest whom I feel both hurt and betrayed me. I think that's what Jesus would want me to do.

There is a play out now in Kalamazoo called "Church Mess." I find that disgusting.
