Silence is golden

For the last couple of days I've been feeling so horrible, particularly from the things that have been going through my head. I feel like I know what it's like to be Mark Romanek and I abhor that feeling. Instead of cultivating hatred, I am going to retreat within myself for the next couple of days. I will do everything in my power so I don't end up like him. I do feel really sorry for you Mark and will be praying for you.
