American Dream by Switchfoot

I want out of this machine, it doesn't feel like freedom.
Maybe be we've been caught up seeing red, white, blue and green.
That ain't my American dream.
(But let me get one thing straight...I'm not after a revolution. Personal freedom, yes. Revolution, no.) I am just in the process of deleting some files that a "friend" sent me. Why would he set me up like that?
